We are expanding!
Christian-based psychotherapy private group practice has immediate need for more licensed counselors. We have two locations near PV mall in northeast Phoenix and the metrocenter mall area in north Phoenix. Our populations include children, adolescents, couples, and individual adults. Many of our clients are socially conservative, pro-life, pro traditional marriage and family. The ideal candidate would have cultural awareness and sensitivity toward this population.
The candidate would have the option to specialize in only adults, or mostly children, or any combination of populations. Must sign and adhere to a general Christian-based faith statement and a basic morals statement. You will be required to use in-person sessions for clients who request this; we are not seeking a purely telehealth provider at this time.
Progress notes / documentation must be completed within 72 hours of service using our secure therapy software program. What we provide: We will work toward filling your caseload as much as you would like. You will be able to staff cases with the lead counselor or clinical director. We also offer a flexible schedule and may be able to help with credentialing with major insurance panels if you are independently licensed. Independent licensure in Arizona is strongly prefered; we can work with you if you have an associate license.
Work as much as you like, never a rent fee charged for the therapy room, and use your own evidenced-based modality of therapy which does not conflict with basic Christian moral and spiritual principles. We are seeking licensed counselors who use positive psychology and strength-based recovery. We handle all the billing. All you do is show up and do therapy, and we do the rest. Intake Coordinator - position available
Office expansion reveals need for office personnel
Small but growing Christian-based psychotherapy private group practice needs an intake coordinator to assist staff and clients. We have two office locations, one near the former metrocenter mall area and another near PV mall in northeast Phoenix. Our populations include children, adolescents, couples, and individual adults. Many of our clients are socially conservative, pro-life, pro traditional marriage and family. The ideal candidate would have cultural awareness and sensitivity toward this population. We offer in-person sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred. You must qualify or already hold a current, valid DPS fingerprint clearance card, or obtain one within 90 days of contract with us. Must have experience working with children. Any qualifying combination of educations, skills, and experience may be considered.
The intake coordinator’s main roles include:
Reception. Answering incoming telephone calls courteously and following protocol, scheduling client intakes, collecting insurance and demographic information from new clients, greeting clients arriving for sessions, collecting copayments.
Case Management. Sending follow-up emails, coordinating care with referring entities and medical personnel, providing or referring to resources for clients to help them eliminate their own barriers.
Intakes and office help. Scanning documents, updating charts, assisting with new clients, maintaining a smooth and orderly office,
Other duties as assigned, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of the agency and to provide quality care for clients.
This is a part-time, contracted position, with a flexible schedule, working on-site from both our metrocenter location and our PV location. You will work directly in-person with clients and professional counselors. Compensation range is $16 to $20 per hour. Must sign and adhere to a general Christian-based faith statement and a basic morals statement. Minimum 20 hours per week, could work up to 36 hours per week with manager approval.

Intern Counselors - 2 positions available

Small but growing Christian-based psychotherapy private group practice has immediate need for two more intern counselors to join the practice! We have two locations near PV mall in northeast Phoenix and the metrocenter mall area in north Phoenix. Our populations include children, adolescents, couples, and individual adults. Many of our clients are socially conservative, pro-life, pro traditional marriage and family. The ideal candidate would have cultural awareness and sensitivity toward this population.

If you need to complete your practicum or internship, our agency can provide a varied population, weekly supervision, training, and case consultations / staffings. We ramp-up interns so they aren’t overwhelmed. Our agency has site agreements with most universities in Arizona.

You will be able to staff cases with the lead counselor or clinical director. We also offer a flexible schedule to help you manage your practicum, school, and any other work you may be doing.
We will work with you to fine-tune you own evidence-based modality of therapy that does not conflict with basic Christian principles. Seeking interns who uses positive psychology and strength-based treatment.
